Cancellation Policy

CANCELLED CLASSES

The Joe Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via their provided email and/or phone number with as much notice as possible and a full refund will be given. If a make-up class is offered, you will be notified and given the option to register for the future date.

REFUNDS

For Mutiple Day Class or Workshop registration:

·         Cancellations for classes must be made at least 5 days before start of the first class for a full refund.  No refunds will be issued after that time as it impacts the quality of our programming and presentation requirements.

·         Material fees will be made payable to the instructor on first day of class.

·         If you need to cancel, please email us at: info@thejoecenter.org or call 850-229-8747 and leave us a message. (Messages will only be answered during days we are open.)

·         Once the class/workshop is in session, we cannot refund for any classes missed. In the event of bad weather, or cancellation due to The Joe Center for the Arts, we will issue a refund and hope to offer the event or class at a future date.

·         No refunds given for “no-shows” or late cancellations.

For single class/event registration:

Other Requirements

Most classes are designed for participants that are 18 year or older, unless otherwise indicated.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not share your email with any other companies, or service providers. Your email will be used strictly for communication for/about The Joe Center for the Arts.
