 Be a part of the Forgotten Coast Festival of Trees by providing a wreath, tree or pre-approved holiday themed display for community enjoyment. 

Displays are not part of the silent auction.  Items in a display are not typically for sale. However, if you wish the tree in your display to be part of the Silent Auction, please complete the Silent Auction form and list it in the “Other Items” section. 

Please see the Schedule for setup and delivery times for your items. Any remaining items and/or the donated tree, if it doesn’t reach minimum bid, will be the responsibility of the display owner to remove after the Festival.

Display areas are determined based on the width of your anticipated display. This is important in order to map out the appropriate spacing for displays in the gallery.  "Tree" heights are limited to 10 feet. A "tree" may be traditional or an interpretation that highlights the purpose of your organization or business. LED lighting only.   Please refer to the "MUST READ" Guidelines for additional information.  The following options are available:

DISPLAY OPTIONS AND FEES

Wreath Display (limited spaces available)................................$25

 6 ft. wide display space............................................................$50          

(Fee will be waived if you are also donating an item to the Silent Auction retailing for $100-$149.  Please complete Silent Auction Form)

 8 ft. wide display space............................................................$75        

(Fee will be waived if you are also donating an item to the Silent Auction  retailing for $150 or more.  Please complete Silent Auction Form)
