RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH ANGEL BROWN
Rest. Breathe. Restore.
Life moves fast. This is your invitation to slow down.
Join us at The Joe Center for the Arts for a Restorative Yoga Class designed for every body—no experience required.
What to expect:
A gentle, slow-paced practice that blends
• deep relaxation
• guided breathwork
• meditation
• supported yoga poses (held comfortably for several breaths)
All adults are welcome — All body types, all ability levels (if you can get down on a mat and back up, you’re good to go)
We’ve got you covered. All props provided: bolsters, blocks, straps, and mats (limited supply)
Instructor: Angel Brown: Certified yoga teacher offering restorative yoga, Reiki, and energy-based practices
$15 per class. Mondays 5:30-6:30 (eastern) 4/27-6/29/26 (no class 5/25/26 in observance of Memorial Day)
Class is drop in, no registration.
BEASTS, BIRDS & BEYOND SUMMER CAMP

Join us for this two-week session which immerses young artists in a creative journey through a variety of art mediums, inspired by the wonders of the animal kingdom both real and imagined. The camp provides opportunities for students to explore different artistic techniques while building their self-expression and creativity. The camp will culminate in a Family Showcase and reception where students will share their artwork with family and friends.

Creating personal sketchbooks, Learning about Owls and what they eat, Field Trips to St. Bay Buffer preserve and The Turtle Center, Gyotaku (fish printing), sculpting, creating a Creature Parade.
SUMMER ART CAMP: BEASTS, BIRDS & BEYOND- Session 1
Session 2: 7/6-7/17/26, 9-12:30 (rising 3-5th graders)
Creating personal sketchbooks, Learning about Birds of Prey and creating raptor costumes, Field Trips to St. Bay Buffer preserve and The Turtle Center, Creating Habitat dioramas, legacy project at the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, Imaginary Creatures, Puppet design and parade.
