Please follow the steps below to complete your form and payment.
STEP 1: Please complete the display application form below to enter your tree, wreath, or display and select the submit button. All applications are due November, 1st, 2024. A copy of your information will be emailed to you.
STEP 2: Please select the BLUE REGISTER button to the left of the application and under the credit card logos to go to the payment section. You can select which item you'll be purchasing and complete payment.
If you'd rather print a display application, please print and complete the pdf form at the link below. Please bring a copy of your completed form to The Joe with payment no later than 11/1/24.
